John was born and educated in Stocksbridge, he is married and lives locally in Bromley. he is the Managing director of JW Crawshaw Ltd, specialist butchers of manufacturing, retailing and restaurant supplies.
John has business experience in retail, financial, production/manufacturing, transport, property and HR matters. He enjoys most sports, particularly golf and football, travel, walking, gardening, cooking.
He has supported many local groups, charities and facilities in recent years and would like to see Stocksbridge build on the success of Fox Valley with a rejuvenation of the Town Centre alongside other local projects.
