Dr Marie Tidball is the Member of Parliament for Penistone and Stocksbridge and now serves as a Co-Chair on the Board. She grew up in Penistone and lived in Stocksbridge in her late teens, learning to swim at the local baths - now the community leisure centre. Marie was a nationally renowned disability law and policy researcher and campaigner. She previously worked for Channel 4 News, Autism West Midlands and was a local authority Cabinet Member. Marie now chairs the All Party Parliamentary Group on Autism and was recently appointed an Officer on the All Party Parliamentary Group on Steel.
