Charlotte leads on Teaching and Learning for the Institute of Social Sciences, ensuring students receive an excellent university experience and graduate with the skills to develop their learning into a career. Charlotte is also a leading forensic psychologist whose main research focus is the prevention of youth violent crime, working on programmes that reduce the risk of becoming a victim or an offender.
Charlotte has lived in Stocksbridge for 12 years. As a keen long distance runner and cyclist she has spent many hours exploring the beautiful natural areas around our valley. Charlotte is a keen advocate of active travel, and commutes by bike, on foot, or public transport wherever possible.
