Owner, SLR Outlets and SLR Commercial Limited, Ian is an award-winning commercial property and marketing entrepreneur with over 29 years development and operational leadership experience. Ian specialises in regeneration and creating experiential customer focused, desirable environments, which in turn create demand and excellent working environments, giving excellent results for Landlords.
Formed in 2016, SLR now manage over 800,000 sq. ft. of existing and mixed-use development space across over 130 acres. They developed and manage one of the fastest growing retail and leisure environments, despite very challenging times.
Ian is also trustee and Chairman of the Oughtibridge War Memorial sports club Charity, having overseen the team that raised £300,000 for a new Community Pavilion and lounge in 2013.
