A Phase 2 Project
Building on Stocksbridge’s position as a gateway to the countryside and the Outdoor Town in the Outdoor City, we will invest in improving and extending cycling and walking trails.
The project aims to improve and extend cycle and walking trails as well as bridleways around Underbank Reservoir, working with Yorkshire Water.
The reservoir, which lies to the northwest of Stocksbridge, is already a popular location but this new partnership will aim to build on that and also make it more accessible for walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
